Sponsor/Exhibitor Reservation Form

The 2020 Conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa in Bernalillo, just outside of Albuquerque, and we expect to have between 350 and 400 attendees.

As an exhibitor at the Mountain Plains Adult Education Association & Nevada Adult Educators 2020 Conference, you will have an opportunity to meet with administrators, coordinators, instructors, and test examiners from the 9 member states in the Mountain Plains Region (Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Utah, and Wyoming) as well as neighboring states. 

This conference attracts established and potential customers from the fields of Adult Education, Corrections Education, Community Education, Workforce Services, Higher Education, and others.

Our track themes are scheduled to include:

Ø  Adult Education/How Adults Learn

Ø  College & Career Readiness Standards Instruction/Implementation

Ø  College Transition/Career Pathways

Ø  Correctional Education

Ø  English as a Second Language

Ø  Funding/Advocacy/Legislation

Ø  Integrated Education & Training (including I-BEST)

Ø  Serving Native American Populations

Ø  Testing & Credentialing

Ø  Technology in the Classroom

Ø  Workforce  & Careers

In addition, there are exciting sponsorship opportunities available as we celebrate MPAEA’s 75th Anniversary.  We hope you will consider increasing the visibility of your company by sponsoring conference items such as the Preconference, keynote speakers, meals, name badge holders, or conference bags.

All breaks will be held near the Exhibit Area to help increase your visibility and foot traffic, and the Exhibit Area will be located nearby where all the meals and meeting sessions will be held.
